Town Council Meetings

The Town of Cale complies with the Arkansas Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and the Arkansas Municipal League's Guidebook for Municipal Officials (this link opens a PDF document in a separate application or plug-in). Under Arkansas Acts 505 and 922, we post meeting notices, the most current agendas, and any remote access links online. We give at least 3 days' notice for regular meetings. We give at least two hours' notice for any emergency or special meetings.
The town council's regular meetings are on the second Monday of every month at 7:00 p.m. at the Cale City Hall.
The agenda for the June 8 meeting includes item 1, item 2, item 3, and item 4.
The public will be given an opportunity to speak.
Meeting minutes, resolutions, ordinances, and general records open under FOIA are accessible upon request to the custodian of records. All public meetings (excluding executive sessions) are recorded and the digital or analog sound recordings are maintained for at least one (1) year and are accessible upon request to the custodian of records. We strive to make our website ADA-compliant so residents with visual or auditory disabilities can access city information and forms.
